Where does Pelican Sport ship?
We ship worldwide with some exceptions:
  • Currently unavailable in parts of Asia
  • Some remote locations may have restrictions

What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods to get your water gear to you:

    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after processing
    • Includes full tracking
    • Ideal for time-sensitive orders
  2. Free Shipping (on orders over $50)
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after processing

How are large items like kayaks packaged for shipping?
We take special care with all our water sports equipment:

How long does order processing take?
Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days after you place your order. During peak seasons (like spring and early summer), processing may occasionally take slightly longer, but we work hard to get your adventure gear to you as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your water sports gear. Our return policy includes:
  • 15-day window from receipt to initiate a return
  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Some large items (like hard shell kayaks) may have special return requirements

What if my item arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packaging, sometimes shipping damage occurs. If your item arrives damaged:

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, whether that means sending replacement parts or arranging for a return/exchange.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you need a different size, color, or model, contact us within the 15-day return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability. For fastest service, we recommend returning the original item (following our return process) and placing a new order for the desired item.

International Orders

Are there additional fees for international orders?
As a global provider, we ship to most countries, but customers are responsible for:

  • Import taxes
  • Duties imposed by your country
These fees vary by country and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimates.
Why are some Asian countries excluded from shipping?
Due to current logistical challenges and import restrictions in certain Asian markets, we’re temporarily unable to ship to parts of Asia. We’re actively working to expand our shipping network and hope to serve these areas soon. Please check back with us periodically for updates!
